To celebrate the opening of their amazing $4 million brand new obstetrics & gynecology practice in McKinney’s stunning Adriatica development, Premier Women’s Health hired Significant Events to coordinate a Grand Opening with style! This come-and-go reception featured beautifully presented and delicious passed hors d’ourves and wine, linens and lounge furniture which complemented the décor of the office, a live jazz trio, and lovely floral design. Guests enjoyed tours of the new facility, and received a chocolate dipped fortune cookie with a special message inside from Premier Women’s Health as a favor upon departure!

The T-System’s EV User Conference

Medical software design firm The T-System found themselves in a bit of a stressful situation. Their internal event planner left the company just 3 short months prior to their annual multi-day conference for 300 clients and employees. They needed someone to come in and take the reins and execute a successful conference, and that is just what Significant Events did! Our tasks included overseeing conference personnel and keeping everyone on task, securing Keynote and Case Study Speakers, functioning as the liaison between the conference hotel and the company, coordinating audio/visual needs for all presenters, assembling and distributing conference materials, manning the registration desk at the conference, overseeing break-out sessions and social receptions, and generally making sure things ran smoothly. During the conference itself, we were on-site 24/7 as the Go-To event staff. In the end, we heard numerous conference attendees praise how smoothly things ran, and we were glad to have been able to step in and help this company create an event that was both educational, entertaining, and effective.
