Our Coca Cola Plant reached out to Meredith and her team at Significant Events to plan our first ever Family Fall Festival. They did an outstanding job coordinating with multiple vendors the day of the event to ensure setup was completed timely and efficiently. From several bounce houses, to food displays, ice-cream truck, raffle tables, airbrush tattoos, to balloon making, tent and balloon displays, games and activities, the efficient setup exceeded our expectations. We gave Meredith and her team very short notice to pull off this entire event and she over-delivered and exceeded our expectations. What we appreciated the most was the “one-stop-shop” serve they provide (i.e. games, activities, bounce houses, tent displays, balloon and tattoo artists are all coordinated through her company), which makes it a lot easier to manage and plan. She was extremely flexible, had multiple assistants the day of the event to facilitate games, raffle drawings, etc and her staff was very kind. Our Coca Cola management team was very pleased with the event and best of all the families have continued to talk about the event weeks after. This event was one for the books!

Significant Events was excited to work with Coca-Cola to create a day of family fun for their Syrup Plant employees and their families at their Dallas campus! We installed tenting, tables, chairs, and linens for their dining area. The children enjoyed inflatable slides and obstacle courses, an airbrush tattoo artist, and a balloon artist. Adults had as much fun as their kids with inflatable Sumo wrestling, ping pong, air hockey, and our photo station. Minute it Win It contests, limbo contests, and hula hoop contests helped guests earned prizes and made the day even more fun. It was a blast for everyone!
