The first of it’s kind, leaders in the linehaul trucking industry came together to create a conference to educate, inspire, and unite their colleagues, and Significant Events was chosen to bring this event to life. 600 attendees came to the Dallas area for this multi-day event which was held at a local convention center and hotel. We provided a white-glove service to all attendees helping them register and get their room reservations settled. With a tradeshow component to the event as well, we also managed all tradeshow sponsor logistics as well as development of event design and signage. We also prepped all welcome swag bags and managed check-in and registration. At the event, attendees enjoyed various networking opportunities during social opportunities as well as when browsing the tradeshow floor with delicious food and beverage provided. Both General Sessions and break-out sessions provided ample educational opportunities for professional growth. The event was a great success, and we were already working on the 2^nd Annual Linehaul Summit before the event even ended!
