Courtney & Adam wanted an elegant and unique wedding that reflected their passion for sustainability, and we were able to provide this for them at a local Audubon center full of charm and special details. Guests first were introduced to the wedding with the invitations by Significantly Said: Invitations by Significant Events which were created from recycled paper and featured a custom watercolor drawing of the architecture of their venue. Bridesmaids wore burgundy and carried bouquets in shades of burgundy and ivory. Courtney’s lush white bouquet was a stunner paired with her floral detailed dress. The ceremony was on a unique outdoor terrace with more florals framing Courtney & Adam in a geometric fashion. Guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the same terrace before heading into the ballroom with more fascinating architectural details, recycled materials forming the ceiling, and wall to wall windows. Guests dined at three long tables featuring loads of greenery, candles, and more lush florals. Dinner featured yummy dinner stations and some of the couple’s favorite wines followed by a beautiful and sweet wedding cake. A live band made for a fun time on the dance floor once the meal was complete! For a late night snack we offered a combination of treats from McDonald’s – as Courtney’s parents are McDonald’s managers – and chips from Frito-Lay where Adam works. Such a fun way to personalize the end of the evening!
