An Art Museum Garden Wedding in Classic Blue & White
A Spring wedding in a Sculpture Garden was the setting for Makenzie and Brad’s wedding day. Guests were invited to the event with the lovely and whimsical blue and white invitations created by SIGNIFICANTLY SAID: INVITATIONS BY SIGNIFICANT EVENTS. On the day of the wedding, Makenzie wore a beautiful and modern gown which looked perfect amongst the sculptures, weeping willows, and water features of the art museum. Bridesmaids wore icy bluegowns, and all the ladies carried lush bouquets of white florals with touches of blue. The ceremony was held outside surrounded by trees and unique sculptures as a harpist and violinist played the processional. Guests then transitioned to the terrace for appetizers and drinks before moving to a tented area for the reception, passing Makenzie & Brad’s initials in marquee lights as they headed into this area. The reception area looked great with a blue and white checked dance floor, cream linens, white and blue elegant floral centerpieces with loads of candles, chiavari chairs, and cool blue uplighting. The cake also reflected delicate blue floral details and was surrounded by fresh florals as well. After the plated meal, guests packed the dance floor all night having a blast with the live party band. A confetti send-off to a classic car finished off this wonderful wedding!
