Vivianna & Joe’s Wedding

Vivianna and Joe held a stunning wedding in downtown Dallas that celebrated Vivianna’s Cuban heritage as well as the couple’s American roots. The guests were invited to the wedding via the beautiful and classic gold and ivory letterpress invitation suite by Significantly Said: Invitations by Significant Events. Bridesmaids wore rosy pink gowns and carried blush and ivory bouquets. Vivianna wore an elegant lace dress by Cuban designer Lazaro Perez and carried a cascading bouquet of white orchids mixed with lush blooms. The ceremony was held in a stunning cathedral with Latin and Gotchic architectural elements. Lovely pink and white floral decorated the aisle and the altar. The reception was held at a historic downtown Dallas venue. Guests entered the venue to see beautiful displays of florals on modern acrylic stands. A live Cuban band played Latin jazz tunes while guests enjoyed Cuban inspired appetizers and signature cocktails including mojitos and coquitas. The ballroom looked spectacular with ivory chiffon draping, a lucite white dance floor, a custom light-up stage façade to mimic a Havana night club, clear Charlotte chairs, champagne linens, crystal chargers, and blush and ivory florals adorning each table. A delicious plated dinner, including Cuban specialties was served followed by a Dulce de Leche cake! A Salsa band and a pop DJ alternated sets keeping the dance floor packed all night. Late night snacks consisted of Cuban Guava Pastelitos as well as a Cuban coffee station! And, of course, we had a Cuban cigar roller rolling custom cigars!

Stephanie & Jason’s Wedding

Stephanie and Jason wanted a classic fall wedding filled with historical charm and elegance. The ceremony was held at a historic and grand cathedral in Downtown Dallas. Stephanie wore an elegant vintage couture gown and carried a bouquet full of neutral fall blooms. Bridesmaids wore navy blue gowns and carried classic bouquets in shades of white, blush, and green. The reception was held at a modern science museu. Guests were greeted as they entered the room by the inquisitive Brachiosaurus and enjoyed signature cocktails while mingling under the dancing water molecules. Every table had beautiful fall florals and, in an homage to the museum, each table number holder was a replica of a different dinosaur. For dinner, guests enjoyed a buffet full delicious Tex-Mex fare. The cake was almost too beautiful to cut, but we’re so glad we did, as it was divine and the perfect accompaniment to the groom’s classic NY style cheesecake. The DJ kept the delighted guests dancing the night away under the sparkling Dallas skyline. Mini sliders were served as a late-night snack before the glow stick send-off. What a fantastic, fun-filled night!
