Varidesk’s Holiday Party

We had the privilege of working with Varidesk for the second year in a row to produce their holiday party. This year’s theme was White Winter Masquerade, and 450 employees and their guests dressed the part. They were greeted in the foyer with hors d’oeuvres, an ice sculpture display with the Varidesk logo that also functioned as a food display, a string quartet playing pop songs, a fun photo station, and living statues dressed as an ice queen and king! The ballroom was transformed from a stale convention center space to a light and ethereal winter wonderland with the use of white draping, lighting, white table linens, white florals and masquerade themed centerpieces, white lounge furniture, and white casino tables. After a welcome message from their CEO, guests enjoyed sampling food from the food stations, drinks from the bar, and trying the casino games for the chance to win some fabulous prizes. Guests also had a great time on the dance floor thanks to our DJ. It was a great way to end the year for one of our favorite corporate clients!

JPI’s Holiday Party

JPI held a beautiful and festive holiday party with a rustic winter design inside a local nightclub that was private that evening just for our event. Guests were greeted by a walkway lined with lanterns, candlelight, Christmas greens, and gold ornaments. The inside of the venue was beautifully decorated with ornate, towering Christmas trees and amazing rustic winter floral centerpieces on every table paired with taupe linens and brown chivari chairs. A delicious plated meal was served as our incredible on-stage magic show ensued by famed magician Justin Flom! Following the show the dance floor opened, and guests enjoyed dancing with each other. Door prizes for the guests were a great way to round out the evening, but the best ending was our fireworks show over the lake that we viewed on the patio!

Varidesk’s “Under the Big Top” Holiday Party

We were proud to partner with innovative company Varidesk to design and produce their holiday party, this year with an “Under the Big Top” circus theme. Guests were greeted outside the venue by a fire dancer and inside by a red velvet draped entranceway with custom signage by SIGNIFICANTLY SAID. Cocktail hour was enhanced by juggling stiltwalkers, contortionists, roaming magicians, and hoopists. Tables were decorated with red & white striped linens, confetti balloons, popcorn and animal cracker centerpieces, and gold ringmaster centerpieces. The Ringmaster CEO got to address guests from the custom designed circus stage façade we created. Guests enjoyed hors d’oeurves and drinks followed by a plated meal. After dinner, they split their time amongst dancing to the live band, posing in green screen photo station, and playing the midway games for great prizes. It was a great night of celebration!

PooPourri Holiday Party

We had such a blast helping fun and local company PooPourri prouduce their “Abra Crapdabra” magic themed holiday party. We love when companies don’t take themselves too seriously, and the guests loved being invited to this “Epic Shitshow.” Guests were greeted upon arrival at the historic hall by stilt walkers and jugglers who greeted them at the door and set the tone for fun around every corner of the party. While drinks and hors d’oeurves were passed, a roving mime, magician, and palm reader kept guests entertained. The ballroom doors opened to a mysteriously decorated ballroom with billowing smoke and contortionists performing on bar tops. Tables were decorated with black linens, gold chairs, gold flatware and china, and magic inspired centerpieces incorporating tarot cards, fortune telling elements, rich red & purple floral, and scarves. Purple uplighting and a starlight effect on the ceiling completed the look of the room. Contortionists, mimes, and magicians continued their performances during the multi-course plated meal. Following dinner, guests moved upstairs for a series of spectacular performances including a video mapping artist, acrobats, hoop dancers, ring dancers, and jugglers. Then it was back down to the ballroom to party with our live band and have fun in the slow motion video booth! It was a great evening celebrating the Poo Crew at this Dallas-based company.
