David’s Retirement Party

We worked with David’s wife Lisa to create a beautiful event celebrating David’s life and his decades of practice as an oral surgeon. We invited guests to the soiree by first designing an elegant invitation suite of laser cut lace jacket and metallic inserts through our invitation division: Significantly Said: Invitations By Significant Events. The party was held in a beautiful banquet space flanked by windows with the best views of downtown Dallas. Gorgeous bold colored floral in reds, purples, magentas, and greens accented the tables. A live musician sang and played guitar during guest arrival and dinner. David was delighted to see a fantastic cake sculpted in the form of many oral surgery items, including his office, made into a cake for all guests to admire and enjoy as dessert after their delicious dinner. Guests enjoyed reminiscing over drinks and through speeches and video of David and his life. It was a wonderful celebration for a wonderful man, and we were honored to be part of it!

Kaylan & Anthony’s Wedding

Kaylan and Anthony were married on a beautiful September day here in Dallas. Their classic, pretty wedding design and style was in place from the very beginning as guests received their ivory and navy invitation suite designed by Significantly Said: Invitations by Significant Events. On the wedding day, Kaylan wore a beautiful lace gown and carried a stunning bouquet of lavender, pinks, and ivories down the aisle of her elegant church. Bridesmaids wore navy and carried similar bouquets in shades of purple and pink. Upon arrival at the church, guests received a lovely mini-pamphlet style program with taupe metallic covering to witness the union of this happy couple. The reception was held in a historic Dallas hotel that had recently been renovated. After enjoying cocktails and hors d’ourves, guests proceeded into the gorgeous ballroom where tables were covered with navy linens and adorned with lush floral arrangements in pinks, purples, and ivories. Blush uplighting warmed the room as did the couple’s monogram on the dance floor. Following a delicious buffet dinner, guests enjoyed the beautiful bridal cake accented with floral and the Oklahoma State University groom’s cake – a nod to where Kaylan and Anthony met. A great party ensued, and guests danced the night away before a Flutterfetti exit for the joyous husband and wife!
