The Purdy Group wanted to have some summer fun for their employees and their families in both Bryan-College Station and Waxahachie, and we helped them do just that! Both events were held at venues in the country with lots of room to play. Many fun activities were set up for kids and adults alike including bounce houses, inflatable obstacle courses, yard games, video game trucks, and axe throwing! A yummy barbecue lunch was served and we had a shaved ice truck for dessert! Guests had fun mingling with their families and getting a chance to earn some fun door prizes!
Danielle & Evan’s Wedding
Our graphic designer Danielle envisioned her wedding as a garden celebration full of color and delicate details, and we helped her bring this to life beautifully. Bridesmaids wore light gray and carried lovely bouquets in shades of peach, ivory, and green. Danielle wore a stunning gown with intricate embroidery that perfectly matched the setting. The ceremony was held in an incredible cathedral with brass accents and floor to ceiling mosaics. The reception was held on the lawn at Danielle’s parents’ home, which we turned into a wedding wonderland! Cocktail hour was held on the front lawn, as guests were created with delicious hors d’oeuvres and color coordinated signature cocktails. The cocktail hour space was decorated with white bar facades, coral and taupe lounge furniture, coral and ivory striped linens, and a jaw-dropping custom-designed banner style table assignment display lined with lush florals. Guests then moved to the backyard and gasped to see an incredible canvas sailcloth tent lined with twinkle lights forming our reception space. A mix of round and rectangular tables filled the tent space covered with taupe linens, amazing warn tones of floral in terracotta pots, ceramic chargers, and vintage fruitwood chairs. A gourmet plated meal was served as well as tasty wedding cake for dessert. A live band packed the dance floor and kept the guests celebrating into the night. A sparkler send-off to a classic car ended this magical evening.
Crescent Communities’ Groundbreaking Event for Novel Turtle Creek
To celebrate the launch of their newest project, Novel Turtle Creek, Crescent Communities held a Groundbreaking Event at the construction site. We dressed up this site with a clear structure tent with crystal chandeliers. A custom branded backdrop made the stage look beautiful as did the lovely florals and lounge furniture we had spread around the space. Guests arrived greeted by valet parking and passed and stationary hors d’oeuvres. A full bar with signature cocktails was also a hit. Executives “broke ground” with custom branded shovels and hard hats and then presented their overview of the project to the crowd. Guests enjoyed networking and great ambiance until they exited with custom branded favors!
Varidesk’s Holiday Party
We had the privilege of working with Varidesk for the second year in a row to produce their holiday party. This year’s theme was White Winter Masquerade, and 450 employees and their guests dressed the part. They were greeted in the foyer with hors d’oeuvres, an ice sculpture display with the Varidesk logo that also functioned as a food display, a string quartet playing pop songs, a fun photo station, and living statues dressed as an ice queen and king! The ballroom was transformed from a stale convention center space to a light and ethereal winter wonderland with the use of white draping, lighting, white table linens, white florals and masquerade themed centerpieces, white lounge furniture, and white casino tables. After a welcome message from their CEO, guests enjoyed sampling food from the food stations, drinks from the bar, and trying the casino games for the chance to win some fabulous prizes. Guests also had a great time on the dance floor thanks to our DJ. It was a great way to end the year for one of our favorite corporate clients!
JPI’s Holiday Party
JPI held a beautiful and festive holiday party with a rustic winter design inside a local nightclub that was private that evening just for our event. Guests were greeted by a walkway lined with lanterns, candlelight, Christmas greens, and gold ornaments. The inside of the venue was beautifully decorated with ornate, towering Christmas trees and amazing rustic winter floral centerpieces on every table paired with taupe linens and brown chivari chairs. A delicious plated meal was served as our incredible on-stage magic show ensued by famed magician Justin Flom! Following the show the dance floor opened, and guests enjoyed dancing with each other. Door prizes for the guests were a great way to round out the evening, but the best ending was our fireworks show over the lake that we viewed on the patio!
