Service First Mortgage’s Sales Rally & Summit

For the third year in a row, Service First Mortgage has entrusted Significant Events to produce their Company Rally for 300 guests, and this year’s was the best ever with the event growing to a two-day event! Our emcee was a local improvisational comedian, who kicked things off getting the whole room laughing with each other. During the course of the afternoon, awards were presented to top producers as well as awards that reflected the company’s core values. A motivational “state of the company” address was provided by Service First’s CEO, followed by a moving charitable donation made by the company to a local charitable organization. A motivational keynote speaker closed the presentation segment of the meeting with a topical presentation. Delicious meals were provided each day at our venue to keep our attendees happy and motivated.

Stream Realty Summit & Celebration

After a multi-day conference produced by Significant Events – encompassing general session meetings, break-out sessions, private VIP dinners, and group meals – it was time for the folks at Stream Realty to party! We rented out a large nightclub space for 250 employees and guests for a fun evening. Guests were shuttled from the hotel to the enranced and greeted with branded LED décor and lighting which accented the venue and provided many photo opportunities. Guests enjoyed food stations, an open bar, games on the patio, and a live performance by Texas Country artist Cory Morrow! Everyone had a blast dancing, chatting, and unwinding into the wee hours of the morning!

“Off the Charts Live” Conference

Significant Events was proud to work with digital branding expert Nathalie Lussier to produce her annual, multi-day “Off the Charts Live” conference, held in Dallas for the very first time! This multi-day conference for 250 attendees involved a variety of presenters all with different audio-visual needs, which we managed and executed. An off-site VIP reception was also held at a nearby restaurant for guests to mingle and network. We were excited to provide all of the necessary event elements for a comfortable and seamless learning environment.

The T-System’s EV User Conference

Medical software design firm The T-System found themselves in a bit of a stressful situation. Their internal event planner left the company just 3 short months prior to their annual multi-day conference for 300 clients and employees. They needed someone to come in and take the reins and execute a successful conference, and that is just what Significant Events did! Our tasks included overseeing conference personnel and keeping everyone on task, securing Keynote and Case Study Speakers, functioning as the liaison between the conference hotel and the company, coordinating audio/visual needs for all presenters, assembling and distributing conference materials, manning the registration desk at the conference, overseeing break-out sessions and social receptions, and generally making sure things ran smoothly. During the conference itself, we were on-site 24/7 as the Go-To event staff. In the end, we heard numerous conference attendees praise how smoothly things ran, and we were glad to have been able to step in and help this company create an event that was both educational, entertaining, and effective.

Corporate Technology Services Conference

Significant Events was thrilled to be working with one of the nation’s largest construction companies on their annual Technology Services Conference held in Grapevine at the Hilton DFW Lakes Hotel & Conference Center. With the Technology Services team spread across the country, they knew they needed someone reliable here in Dallas to make the 3 day conference run smoothly and efficiently so they could focus on training their employees on new software and not organizing the event itself. Significant Events secured the fantastic hotel, arranged the Audio Visual needs, planned the catering for the guests, prepared the door prizes, arranged the transportation to and from the airport, prepared welcome packets and agendas, and coordinated the nightly entertainment. On the first night guests were treated to a cocktail reception followed by a gourmet dinner, and on the second night another cocktail reception was followed by a formal plated dinner and a hilarious live show from Ad-Libs Improvisational Comedy Troupe. During the conference, the employees knew that they could rely on us to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arose, adhere to the logistical schedule that had been created, and manage last minute changes with ease. The conference was a great success!
